At times, we all experience difficulty adjusting to changes, confused and trapped in negative relationships (self, family, peers, partner), experiencing low self confidence, lack of boundaries, low mood, and overwhelming anxiety. If you are stuck and not moving forward, then I encourage you to pursue this next step. It is time to focus on your needs. With me you will experience a warm, welcoming, and safe environment which allows for a positive therapy experience. It is important that you feel comfortable, and empowered throughout this growing process. I integrate humanistic psychology, psychodynamic/insight oriented therapy, behavioral, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness based CBT.
A Bit About Therapy
It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill, or a quick fix; therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client. But in the end, understanding your past and present self, making small changes in self-defeating thoughts, and increasing insight into behavioral patterns can bring life-altering results. My services are personalized for the client's individual needs.
